As our Community Radio Development Officer, you will play a vital part in:

• Building relationships with local organisations, groups, and businesses
• Growing our audience and community engagement
• Supporting and recruiting volunteers and presenters
• Identifying funding opportunities and helping secure the future of the station
• Contributing to the development of programming and new ideas
